HN Consulting (Pty) Ltd was appointed by the Msunduzi Municipality to provide professional consulting services for the development of a community hall and associated infrastructure in Oribi/Bisley, Pietermaritzburg. The community hall will be available for use bythe community, clubs, societies and commercial organisations. The proposed community hall will be fully serviced with electrical, water, stormwater and sewage services which will be connected to the
existing municipal supplies. Parking areas and driveways will be provided in accordance with
municipality standards. The community will have foyer area, ward councillor’s office, boardroom, kitchen, one large hall. Toilets for both sexes including disabled facilities, storeroom and changing room facilities.

The scope of works included the ECSA Stages 1 to 6 (1. Inception, 2. Concept and Viability, 3.
Design Development, 4. Documentation and Procument, 5. Contract Administration and Inspection, 6. Close-Out) of the new community hall within the Ward 24 of the Msunduzi Local Municipality. The scope of services covers all professional work for the building and civil works of this greenfields project.
